We’re Jen and Ken Mertz, a husband-and-wife team originally from New Jersey. After years of investing in, renovating, and purchasing homes for our own family, we now proudly call Arizona’s Valley our home—and the heart of our business.
With a background in home renovation, Ken brings a trained eye for the details that matter most—the essential parts of a home’s structure and systems that help ensure comfort, safety, and reliability. Jen’s experience in project management ensures each inspection is thorough, well-documented, and clearly communicated so you’re never left guessing.
